As we move closer to grand opening, we’re excited to share more of the story behind the design vision for Groove Café and the amenity experience surrounding it.

Designed by the Hospitality Studio at Kimberly Timmons Interiors in collaboration with and .studios, the mural was created as an extension of the community itself. Bold, colorful, and inspired by rhythm and movement, the artwork carries from the outdoor gathering spaces into the café, reinforcing the energy, creativity, and connection woven throughout Lyric.

More than a statement piece, it reflects how intentional design, storytelling, and collaboration can shape spaces that feel deeply connected to the people who use them every day. This project is a celebration of community-driven design and the partnerships that bring branded experiences to life.

Over four years in the making, and it’s finally coming to life.

From mornings at the fitness center to afternoons by the pool and evenings gathering at the Groove Café, Lyric Amenity Center was envisioned as a bold, colorful hub for community to connect from day to night.

Known for her thoughtful, design-forward approach, Hope brings creativity, curiosity, and precision to every project.

Since joining our Hospitality studio in 2024, she has become known for asking deeper questions. Why are people drawn to this space? What story exists beneath the brief? On a current hotel project in Guyana, that curiosity led to an exploration of the region’s natural resources, thoughtfully influencing the design direction. On a country club project she has helped shape for more than two years, it has meant creating spaces that elevate the member experience for a community she now knows personally.
