We are very pleased with the completion this 7,000 SF shingle style house in Dobbs Ferry. It features custom detailing throughout with large balconies to take advantage of the stunning views of the Hudson River. It also features geothermal cooling and heating, solar panels, eco closed cell foam insulation, triple glazed windows and state of the art smart home technology.

All the windows are in and the Slicker rain-screen in up! The rain-screen/ v***r barrier will allow the cedar shingles to breath and prevent any rotting due to trapped moisture.
