When the homeowner is a pastry chef, every inch of the kitchen has a job to do including a story behind it.

For the Bespoke Organic project, our team worked alongside Henri Interiors, Jae Maison, and Alexander Design Group to design a kitchen that could keep up with someone who really uses it.

If you look closely, you'll find Caesarstone Fresh Concrete countertops, custom planked white oak cabinet fronts, hand-forged iron pulls sourced locally, and a concrete sink in the scullery paired with oversized industrial pendants that feel right at home in the space.

Introducing our newest ROW project, and this one has a location that is hard to beat!

ROW on 50th sits just steps from the shops and restaurants of 50th and France in Edina, designed in collaboration with David Charlez Designs and built with the same craftsmanship you'll find at ROW on Valley View and Upton.

The vertical layout makes the most of every square foot starting with an open concept main floor with a fireplace and oversized windows, a gracious owners suite and flex space on the upper level with a rooftop deck, and two bedrooms plus a family room on the lower level for guests or in-home care.

And then what's next? A three stop elevator, heated two car garage, and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances round out the details.

Buyers still have the opportunity to influence selections and add their own personal touches.

A 1950s pole barn in Elk River did not look like much from the outside. Inside, it became exactly what our friend and long-time collaborator Stephanie Lalley of Liquid Pink Interiors had been looking for.

Our team had so much fun bringing this one to life alongside , preserving the original framework and trusses while building in a new foundation, insulation, large format windows, and a workspace designed around how Stephanie and her team actually work.

The North Oaks Estate draws from the language of European English cottages and translates it into something entirely new.

Curved rooflines, French panel windows, and a grand arched double door entry sit alongside copper gutters and a warm mix of stone and brick that gives the exterior its depth and character.

The landscaping was conceived with the same level of care as the architecture itself — hydrangeas, lush shrubs, and carefully placed plantings that frame the home without competing with it.
