This job posting is for the operator position which will include duties such as power washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning and holiday lighting. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm with voluntary overtime at time in a half pay. Pay will be based on experience $20 per hour starting pay, 1st pay increase will come after 30 day training period is over. Second pay increase comes after 12 months.

Opportunity to move into lead technician position which will come with a pay increase. Ideal candidate will have experience working on ladders and towing a trailer.
