Beautiful Friday to swing by and check out the progress at our Falmouth Heights project with Clancy Construction!

The masonry stoop with fieldstone veneer and Chatham Blue deck is complete, along with the front and back wet-laid Chatham Blue walkways. Up next, we’re prepping for the fieldstone retaining wall to finish off the hardscape on this one.

One of two projects currently underway in Popponesset with Clancy Construction!

The hardscape is taking shape with the front steps, walkway, back patio, and cobblestone aprons now complete. Up next, we’ll be installing the crushed native stone driveways before moving into the full landscape installation.

A lot more to come on this one. Stay tuned as we bring the entire property together from the ground up.

What was once an overgrown wooded area is now a peaceful garden retreat.

The homeowner wanted to turn this unused section of the property into a shaded woodland garden and gave our landscape construction team the creative freedom to bring it to life. We cleared and cleaned up the space, removed hazardous trees and debris, installed natural stone walking paths, added a variety of shade-loving trees, shrubs, and perennials, and finished everything with fresh mulch.

One of our favorite features is the French drain, designed to look like a winding river flowing through the landscape. It's a functional drainage solution that blends right into the natural setting and gives the entire garden a unique focal point.

Our Shore Street project looks pretty good from the ground, but it might look even better from above.

A slow summer look at one of our favorite completed projects, where every detail came together to complement this beautiful Cape Cod property. From the hardscape and cobblestone driveway to the landscaping and outdoor living spaces, this one was built to be enjoyed all summer long.

We’re grateful to live, work, and build here on Cape Cod, and proud to serve the communities we call home. Wishing everyone a safe and happy Independence Day filled with family, friends, and plenty of time outside enjoying the spaces that bring us together.

The final reveal of our Shore Street project with Clancy Construction.

What started as a raw site is now a complete outdoor living space built from the ground up. Our team handled the site preparation, grading, and full landscape installation, bringing the property together with a Chatham Blue cobblestone driveway, custom gas fire pit with Oyster Bay ledge stone veneer and Chatham Blue granite caps, premium patios and walkways, cedar fencing, raised cedar planter beds, and thoughtfully designed landscaping.

Every detail was built to complement this beautiful Cape Cod home while creating an outdoor space that's as functional as it is timeless.

Custom basketball court underway as part of this full landscape install in Sandwich.

Our team is making great progress on another complete property transformation, and this backyard is really starting to take shape. A big thank you to Zinck Concrete, Matt Brown, and the team at P.A. Landers for helping make this project happen.
