I spent 20 years in the rat race working for some of the largest banks in the world.

At 39, I finally decided enough was enough and took the leap and opened my first business.

At 45, I opened my second.
At 48, I opened my third.

I had never owned a business before in my life.

When we first started this business 3 years ago all we had was this trailer full of equipment being pulled behind my Jeep Wrangler. That was it.

We had exactly:
0 customers.
0 trucks.
0 employees.
0 investors.
0 partners.
0 loans.

Today we have:
315 customers.
5 trucks.
4 employees.
And stillā€¦
0 investors.
0 partners.
0 loans.

The funny thing is neither us grew up with a pool. I learned how to clean pools off YouTube.
