What are you ready to put down?

Surrounded by trees, open sky, and the grounding rhythms of the garden, Liberation invites you to breathe, release, and reconnect with the part of you that knows how to move forward.

This 60-minute, music-led breathwork journey uses connected breathing, carefully paced intensity, moments of release, and deep rest to create a physical experience of letting go. As the garden holds you, the music guides you, and you choose how deeply you enter the experience.

No previous breathwork experience is needed. Bring your willingness, follow your body, and allow nature to remind you: growth is still possible.

Root into the earth.
Breathe into the open air.
Release what has grown heavy.
Make space for what comes next.

What an amazing day and the beginning of a new adventure here at Calgo Gardens!
The Book Nook will be open during Calgo’s normal business hours - Monday-Saturday, 9-5 and Sundays, 10-4
The Mobile Bookstore trailer will be open on the weekends!
