What a transformation! Replaced the cedar privacy fence with a Trex seclusion system, removed the existing paver patio and installed a new Unilock paver system set on a 45° angle with an inlay. Removed the old deck and installed new framing with trex composite decking in reclaimed chestnut with timbertech cable rails!

The fountain cabin project is looking good! The roof dropped 3.5" in the center and had a 2.5" belly. We jacked up the ridge and pulled in the walls to install collar ties. We removed 4 layers of materials, installed a tripple lvl ridge beam and new 2x6 rafters. Insulated the cabities with batt before installing new decking and shingles. Repaired damaged sub fascia and replaced the roofing on the garage as well.
