𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿
Six years ago, Spencer Pass joined the team and has spent the years since helping figure out what comes next.
As our Chief of Operations, Spencer carries plenty of family history with him — he’s Francis and Patricia’s grandson — but he’s also made a point of earning his own chapter. He works closely with the team, looks for better ways to serve our customers, and keeps pushing Pass to grow without losing the things that mattered from the beginning: hard work, treating people right, and taking care of the community.
Outside of work, family is at the center of Spencer’s world. He’s married to Morgen, and together they’re proud foster parents. If you know Spencer, you know family is never very far from the conversation.
Spencer, thank you for six years of leadership, growth, and care for the people around you.
