🚨 BIG CRANE JOB IN NEWTOWN SQUARE! 🚨

Our big crane crew was out today in Newtown Square tackling a serious tree removal project — taking down two large Ash trees and one massive Poplar tree. 🌳🌳🌳

As you can see from the pictures, this was a BIG job, but our 120-ton Tadano crane, expertly operated by Carl, made it look easy! 💪🏗️

And a huge shoutout to Luis, our climber, for doing an incredible job handling these massive trees safely and efficiently. 👏

Once the trees were down, our crew cleaned up ALL of the debris, leaving the property looking amazing when we were finished. That's the Jake's Tree Service difference! 🌲✨

🚨 THE TADANO CRANE CREW IN ACTION! 🚨

Our Tadano crane crew was out this morning in Woodlyn, working closely with PECO to safely remove three trees — an Ash, a Cherry, and a Beech — that were located dangerously close to the primary lines and transformer.

⚡ Because of the close proximity to the electrical equipment, PECO was called in to safely shut down the power while our crews completed the work.

🌳 Once the trees were removed, our team cleaned up all of the debris, and PECO restored power — another job safely completed from start to finish!

Another Weekend…. More Emergency Crews!

Our Emergency Crews were activated again yesterday afternoon and today for multiple Emergencies from yesterday afternoons storm. Our on call Emergency crews have now been activated 10 weekends since May 1st!

🚒🎉 What a night at Edgmont Night Out! 🎉🚒

For the 2nd year in a row, we were proud to be part of Edgmont Night Out at the Edgmont Fire Station — and this event just keeps getting BIGGER and better!

We brought out our 60-ton crane, which was a huge hit with the kids! They got to climb aboard, check out the equipment, and, of course… BLAST THE AIR HORN! 📢😄

There was so much happening throughout the evening — a DJ, water ice, mobile command units, EMS, fire trucks, plenty of activities, and an amazing turnout from the community. We also brought along some great giveaways that were a hit with both the kids and the parents! 🎁

Events like this are one of our favorite ways to get out into the communities we serve, meet our neighbors, and have some fun outside of the jobsite.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make Edgmont Night Out such a great evening! We had a blast and can’t wait to do it all again next year! ❤️🌳
