After I posted a video of this space, so many of you asked me for a closer look at the primary bathroom in my Richardson project. This wet room encloses a freestanding tub and a spa-like shower for the ultimate oasis. I wanted to break up the glass and bring in some warmth and the unlacquered brass divider definitely do that. The brass will age and patina over time, making it even more beautiful.

These were originally storage closets, but it was the perfect spot to create the w**e storage the new homeowners need. I love how we were able to give the space a whole new purpose in the renovation. The unlacquered brass enclosure was the perfect finishing touch - bringing in warmth and making it feel really special!

We're at the very end of August, which means cozy weather isn't far away. In Texas, we'll still use our outdoor spaces long into those colder months. So I'm always careful to include throws and heat sources for any outdoor room, like this living space in my Morningview project.
