BUYER BEWARE! Here at The Coating Crew we have been receiving between 1-3 calls a week from people asking for help! This week I got a call from a person who met with a "Salesman", accepted the quote, placed a down payment and scheduled the installation. On the day of the install the crew shows up, looks at the garage floor and tells him that it is too difficult of a project and left! Down payment in, garage emptied out and the crew pulls off! Homeowner told me they were his cheapest bid.

Next day I get a call from a another person who had a crew show up and start the job. In the middle of the project they ran out of material and said they would be right back with more material. Well, they never came back and now have a half completed project that they paid in full for and have had no luck contacting the company! Homeowner told me they went with this company because he was young and just starting out!

The Coating Crew, the Twin Cities leader in residential concrete coatings, seeks motivated, responsible individuals with attention to detail to join our team. Strong work ethic required, experience in concrete coating preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:
*Ability to use and move heavy machinery (grinders, generators, and vacuums)
*Mixing and applying Polyurea floor coating materials
*Job site clean-up, truck and trailer organization, shop cleaning and organization
*Occasional weekend work

Requirements include:
*Reliability - showing up when scheduled and on time
*Detail oriented
*Maintain job site professionalism with fellow coworkers and customers
