As part of our 75th anniversary celebration, the ERDMAN team visited Taliesin, the home and studio of Frank Lloyd Wright.

The tour held special meaning for our team, as Wright served as a mentor to Marshall Erdman early in his career, helping shape a legacy that continues to influence ERDMAN today.

It was a memorable opportunity to connect with our history while celebrating 75 years of design, innovation, and meaningful impact.

By the 2010s, healthcare design had entered a new phase—one defined by both specialization and experience.

As care delivery became more complex, environments evolved to support it.
This era saw the rise of:

• Freestanding emergency departments improving access to urgent care
• Behavioral health facilities designed for safety, dignity, and healing
• Senior living communities blending clinical care with hospitality and lifestyle

At the same time, expectations shifted.
