Today is starting off with overcast skies, but will be a beautiful Saturday morning in Manhattan and we are setting up YOUR farmers market. It is the start of Memorial Day weekend, and we want to remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for your freedom.

Spring is in full bloom, and we are pleased to welcome you back to our Saturday Farmers Market at our farm. Although we are open every day, we decided to invite a couple different vendors every Saturday morning to showcase their unique goods!

We have a new vendor this week - Goldfinch Lane Cookies… where every batch is made with intention — small-batch baked goods crafted with organic flour, sugar, and eggs, plus premium chocolate. Our signature cookies are made using a meticulous three-day process to develop deeper flavor, richer texture, and the kind of quality you can truly taste. Alongside our cookies, we also create unique and traditional treats inspired by cherished old recipes and generations of baking.

Bosco's All Natural Dog & Cat Holistic Store will be joining us. Bosco's is a family-owned business with a storefront in New Lenox They specialize in dehydrated products, grain free pet food, wellness boosters, soft supplements, and so much more. Their products are made with five ingredients or less and all of our animal parts are 100% grass fed. No GMO's, no harmful additives or preservatives, and absolutely no rawhide. They are a safe, clean, and natural pet store for dogs and cats. Come shop with your fur baby, we are pet friendly! Pet must be leashed at the market.

A staple on our farm is Sonoma Farms with their amazing gourmet small batch foods. Sonoma manufacturers some of the best pasta sauces, salsas, dips, giardiniera, olive oils, and vinegars that we have ever had.

All of our greenhouses are loaded to the gills with beautiful hanging baskets, patio pots, plenty of gorgeous individual plants for you to plant your own combinations. Come on out and take a walk through the greenhouses - you’re bound to see something you like.

Looks like tomorrow is going to be a beautiful Saturday morning in Manhattan and the start of YOUR farmers market. It will start off a little chilly, but we will be here with our first Farmers Market of the season on the farm at Bothwell Farms. So, come on out and see what all we have!

Ryan with Bothwell Pottery will be out doing a pottery workshop from 10-3. Anyone can participate and make a Handmade pot for a great Mother's Day gift that you can plant with a plant from Bothwell Farms
