We're proud to share that this stunning Watergate South residence, renovated by BOWA in collaboration with architect Nicholas Potts, has just hit the market at $5M.
The homeowner's vision was clear: a home that felt sculpted, not decorated. Achieving it meant rebuilding the residence from the inside out to honor the building's iconic curved architecture — every radius ceiling, seam, and sightline considered with precision.
Highlights of the transformation include a luminous Onice Gioiello feature wall, book-matched redwood cabinetry sequenced from two logs for continuous grain flow, custom stone flooring with Verde Antigua borders and Lilac Reale inlays, and hand-crafted metalwork finished in bent bronze and brass waterjet detailing.
The result is a residence that pays homage to the Watergate's mid-century heritage while introducing a fresh, contemporary vision that's timeless, serene, and exceptionally livable.
