We didn’t build it, but we fixed it!
This fairly new deck was bouncy, saggy, had crooked posts/railings and rot at most of the carrying rim joists. It was missing supports and just wasn’t built very well.
We removed the railings and pvc decking which were both still in good shape. Replaced all the rotted framing, added mid span blocking and reinstalled it all back.
Now their deck is back to the way it should be, strong and sound. 💪🏼
