Burnt garlic can change the flavor of your entire dish in seconds 🧄
he trick? Control the heat. When cooking with olive oil, keep the temperature moderate and watch your garlic closely.
Once it turns lightly golden and smells fragrant, it's time to add your next ingredient.

In Spanish cooking, garlic is the starting point of so many recipes, from simple vegetables to a good sofrito.
Getting this little step right makes a big difference.

Some flavors bring you home, no matter how far away you are. ❤️

The arroz your mom used to make. Your abuela's secret recipe. That one dish that makes every family gathering feel a little more familiar.
For so many Latino families in the U.S., cooking is a way to keep a little piece of home close, while creating new memories around the table.

In Spain, coffee isn’t just caffeine. It’s a ritual. ☕🇪🇸
A café solo after lunch. Café con leche in the morning. A conversation that somehow lasts longer because there’s still coffee on the table.
Bring that ritual home by learning how to prepare rich stovetop coffee with a traditional coffee maker and then make it yours.

Strong and simple? Add warm milk? Something sweet alongside it?
There’s no need to rush this one. Make the coffee, sit down and stay awhile.

Save this for your next slow morning, and tell us: "Solo" or "con Leche"?

Good cookware deserves better than the “I’ll soak it overnight” treatment. 😅
A few simple habits can make everyday cleanup easier: let cookware cool before cleaning, avoid leaving food residue sitting longer than necessary, and always follow the care instructions for the specific material and finish you’re using.

Different cookware needs different care, so the same cleaning method isn’t automatically right for every pan or pot in your kitchen. We’re turning product care into a regular Magefesa series because knowing how to cook with your cookware also means knowing how to look after it.
Save this before your next cleanup.

What happens when a Spanish classic meets one of Cantabria’s most beloved treats? 🇪🇸✨

"Torrija de sobao".
Golden on the outside, soft and creamy inside, and made for those moments when dessert deserves a little extra attention.

This twist on traditional torrijas uses sobaos, the buttery cakes from northern Spain, to create an irresistible texture and rich flavor. Can’t find sobaos near you? You can easily substitute them with your favorite sponge cake.

Serve them warm, add your favorite finishing touch, and enjoy a little taste of Spain at home.
Save this recipe for your next sweet craving. 🤎
