Donations will be paused a little longer.
We’re using this time to work on a few things behind the scenes and what’s next with how donations come in, how they’re handled, and how we can make the process work better for The Loop going forward.
There are some changes and projects in the works, and I’d rather take the time to do them well than rush to reopen donations before we’re ready.
And while donations are paused, the shopping side of The Loop is still the same…warm, welcoming, and fun to shop.😊

Remember when I asked for preemie sized baby girl clothes for someone who had messaged me?
These sweet little things were just dropped off but first they were looked over for stains and freshly washed. The dad will be picking them up today on his way home from the hospital.
It’s amazing to be able to be the handoff point for things like this.🥺That is how kind and thoughtful you all are. This is what good community looks like.❤️

This weekend’s project was… more shelving. 😀
I’m thankful for a husband who is willing to shelf whatever space needs it.
This area will be for orders waiting for pickup. Once your items are paid for, I can hold it for up to 30 days. Which makes the “I don’t get to Middlebury very often” problem not much of a problem at all. 🤗
We’re closed Mondays and Tuesdays for resetting and restocking, then back open Wednesday from 11–5 for shopping.

Took the day off. Spent it at an auction with Rob, Jason, Kaley, Maddy, and most of the grandkids… some of my favorite people in their natural habitat. 🔨😂
Ivan’s sweaty little face, wild hair, and Toy Story score pretty much sum up the day.
I’ll spare you the picture of my sweaty face and wild hair. Countless trips to the porta potty and concession stand, trying to keep up with the kids and grandkids… definitely a day well spent. 😅❤️

Woohoo! Our “neighbors” are officially on to their next step! 🎉We can’t wait for it to all come together for them! ❤️

We are so excited and relieved to announce that, after a year of back and forth with state and local authorities, we received our building permit this morning! Now we need to regroup with our construction team and put together a schedule.

Thank you to all our followers and cheerleaders for hanging with and encouraging us to continue.
