Processing Time
* Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
* Plants are shipped 🛫Monday through Wednesday whenever possible to reduce the risk of weekend delays.

* All orders include tracking.
* Plants are carefully packaged 📦 to minimize movement and protect foliage and roots during transit.
* Weather⛈️ protection may be added when necessary for additional cost.
Live Plant Disclaimer
* Live plants🪴 are natural products and may vary in size🍃, shape🪻, color🌹, and maturity from listing photos.
* Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal and do not affect plant health.
* Some leaf yellowing🥀, stress, or minor damage may occur during shipping due to transit conditions.
Weather Conditions
* Buyers are responsible for monitoring their local weather conditions.
* We strongly recommend purchasing heat or cold protection when temperatures are extreme.
* We are not responsible for damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures during transit.
Delivery Issues
* Please inspect🧐 your plant immediately upon arrival.
* If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:
* Clear video unboxing the plant
* Photos of the packaging
* Photos of the shipping label
Returns & Refunds
* Due to the nature of live plants🪴, returns are generally not accepted.
* If a plant arrives severely damaged, contact us within 24 hours so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.
Beneficial Insects & Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
* We utilize beneficial insects and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices as part of our plant care routine.
* While we take great care in preparing plants for shipment, it is possible that beneficial insects, their eggs, or harmless remnants of our IPM program may occasionally be present.
* These beneficial organisms are intentionally used to help maintain healthy plants and are not considered pests.
* By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and accept that plants may have been exposed to beneficial insects as part of our preventative plant care practices.
* We do not guarantee that plants are completely free of all insects, eggs, or microorganisms, as live plants are grown in natural conditions.
