You’ll be BOWLed over by this weekend’s special! Chef Raymond came up with this delicious dish and received high accolades last night when we tested it.

Bang Bang Seafood Bowl:
Fried popcorn shrimp and fried scallops tossed in our sweet and spicy shrimp sauce, served over a bowl of rice and tri-color slaw in a jalapeño cilantro lime crema and topped with cilantro and scallions.

Perfect summer dinner!

We had an amazing time at Jazz Night. If you didn’t make it, you missed out. Pasta, meatballs, breadsticks, salad, cannolis, and great music. We love connecting with the community and doing what we can to help raise money for these school programs. Big shout out to New Castle Band Boosters for all the work they did, these events wouldn’t be the same without them.
