My most recent kitchen remodel.
The original kitchen was cute just a little dated.
We went with Kraftmaid maple cabinets with a Praline finish. Soft close on all doors and drawers, 42" high walls, new recessed lights, pendants over island, under cabinet lighting, new paint on the walls and Subway Tile on the backsplash
The client chose granite tops w/ a leathered finish( highly recommend)
New disposal and instant hot water dispenser. ( also highly recommend)
Awesome clients made this an enjoyable and smooth project.

Some Before/Afters on another Bath remodel.
This one is a Jack and Jill bath.
I Installed a new tile floor, New custom Walnut vanity and New tiled tub/shower with a subway tile Herringbone design back wall, 12"x 20" niche, Black fixtures and fresh paint on walls, trim and doors. Also, installed waterproofing 3" up the walls in the wet area and did tiled baseboard.
Another fun project for great clients.

This home was purchased a couple of months before I did this bath remodel. The client could smell the mold once they were living in the home.
It had been inspected, yet all this rot was missed. Although, it was visible from the crawl space.
These jobs are very satisfying.

Another bathroom update completed.
Removed the fiberglass surround, dated vanity and light.
The client removed the old wallpaper themselves.🙌
Installed a new vanity cabinet, light and new tiled shower with a glass door.
Loved the Delta, Champagne bronze fixture's the client chose.
Once again I was blessed with awesome clients.
