Couple snaps of the paver patio… it will be getting seeded again as some spots didn’t take as well & there was an issue with weeds hence the left side where you can see they got pulled…

moroccan tile flowing pattern # sorting fun miters…….
lots of behind the scenes action on this one as far as farming things to the tile lay-out, moving the drain, furring out areas & packing down the ceiling as well as grading every piece of tile for thickness, width, length & of course chips & cracks as they all vary being handmade tile.

floors surround … we reframed two of the closets as well, the one was a hot water heater we had to open things up & reframe for a bigger door add blocking for shelf’s etc… trim is getting final coat of paint by the owner.

Bathroom transformation, top to bottom, custom tile, install, install, , . . Shout out to the plumber & electrician. There is blocking added for every fixture vanity, medicine cabinet down to the TP bar & towel fixtures.
