We brought RealTour to the 2026 LeadingAge Annual Meeting to show how teams can bring their planned senior living spaces to life before they’re even built.

Here’s a before-and-after look at our booth, where visitors got to see RealTour demos firsthand and discover a new way to present their planned developments through immersive first-person walkthroughs of to-scale 3D visualizations. From residences and amenity spaces to floor plans and full campus views, teams can give stakeholders and prospective residents a clearer understanding of their plans.

We also showcased Designblendz’s architecture services and how our team supports the design and development of senior living communities.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to connect and see RealTour in action!

In 2013, Designblendz started in one room with an idea: Clients shouldn’t have to look only at architecture drawings and hope for the best when it’s built. They should be able to walk through their buildings before they exist with clarity.
Thirteen years later, that idea has grown into an integrated practice of architecture, interiors, and visualization specialists who are pushing the boundaries of the profession to align virtual environments and physical site conditions that saves clients time, costly change orders, and unforeseen headaches. Thousands of projects later, it’s time for us to take on one of our own to set up DB for the next chapter. We are moving in Q4 2026 to downtown Philadelphia. ❤️
