Meet Bert Rogers, Plant Manager at our Mercer, Pennsylvania, facility. After 47 years with Russell Standard, Bert is celebrating his retirement this week.

Throughout his career, Bert has been motivated by the people he works alongside and the daily challenges of the job. He is grateful for the relationships he’s built and the opportunities he’s had throughout his time here. Bert takes pride in being part of a team and company made up of hardworking people.

“The people here are dedicated and really care," he shared.

As the construction season winds down, we took time last week to celebrate a summer of hard work and the people who make it possible.

Our Russell Standard team came together for lunch, a friendly co****le tournament, and an impressive raffle supporting breast cancer awareness. Huge thanks to our crews for all they do all summer long; to our team members in the office, plants, shops, and lab who support them; and to everyone who helped organize the event and made the raffle a success!

We’re proud of our team and grateful for the people who make it all happen.
