๐Ÿฅ› 500 ml de lait dโ€™amande ou coco
๐ŸŒฑ 100 g de graines de chia
๐Ÿฏ 2 c. ร  cafรฉ de sirop dโ€™agave
๐Ÿ“ 500 g de fraises franรงaises
๐Ÿช 2 spรฉculos (selon vos envies)

โณ Prรฉparation

1๏ธโƒฃ La veille : mรฉlangez le lait, les graines de chia et le sirop dโ€™agave dans un bol ๐Ÿฅฃ. Laissez reposer au frais toute la nuit โ„๏ธ.
2๏ธโƒฃ Le jour mรชme : faites cuire 400 g de fraises dรฉcoupรฉes ร  feu doux pendant 10 min ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ”ฅ.
3๏ธโƒฃ Servez le porridge dans des bols, ajoutez une cuillรจre de compotรฉe, des fraises fraรฎches coupรฉes, et quelques brisures de spรฉculos ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿช.

๐Ÿฅฌ 2 cups lettuce, chopped
๐Ÿ… 2 tomatoes, diced
๐Ÿง… ยฝ red onion, sliced
๐Ÿง… 2 green onions, chopped
๐ŸŒฟ Fresh parsley or cilantro
๐Ÿซ’ 2 tbsp olive oil
๐Ÿง„ 2 garlic cloves, minced
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1 tsp paprika or chili seasoning
