Small, complex spaces require creative solutions.

We had some space between an old chimney and arched doorway next to the new peninsula. We could have left it as blank space, but instead we added a shallow 12” deep pantry cabinet to store wine glasses. We opted for glass front uppers so the dark cabinet felt a bit lighter.

Two years in the same house and it still looked they just moved it. Our client was tired of it, but also traveled a lot for work and just didn’t have the time to personalize their home.

We love tackling a terrible bathroom layout 😊

A great addition doesn't feel like an addition—it feels like it's always been there.

We were excited to work on this Long Island, New York waterfront that added a guest suite/home office to overall footprint of the home. For us, it's not just additional square footage to fill. Additions are projects where we often tell homeowners what they might be overlooking in order to get the most return on their investment.

Renovations for all three bathrooms in this home start in September!

We redesigned all three bathrooms, but the primary bathroom will be the biggest transformation.


We completely reworked this floor plan to fit a bigger shower, a toilet room and provide better access to a bigger walk-in closet.


Who else has a huge corner garden tub that they never use? It’s taking up valuable space!

This shower is getting a major upgrade.

A drain isn’t just a drain when you’re working with an interior designer.

Every detail is intentional. We loved this light blue hex tile and didn’t want to interrupt it with an ugly drain. We specified a tile-in drain for aesthetically pleasing functionality.

You see that base cabinet with the dark mesh front?

There’s a radiator behind that. I love old houses, but here’s the thing.....there’s all these challenges that you need to work around. But that’s also what makes renovating historic homes extra rewarding. It feels good to come up with a solution that doesn’t compromise the overall aesthetic.

So you just drop in the cooktop and call it a day right? Ha! Wrong.
