When designing this space, we incorporated classic American elements like navy herringbone tile backsplash, honed dark stone countertops, warm wood corbels, and brass pendants. Every material chosen with the same intention as anything you’d find inside.

This space was designed to cook, entertain, and hold its own aesthetically - rain or shine - in a way that was open and flowed naturally 💙

This is what happens when you stop settling for a house and start investing in bold design. We designed this modern contemporary estate around one idea: the boundary between indoors and outdoors shouldn’t exist.

Soaring double-height ceilings. A dramatic black marble fireplace wall. Walls of glass that dissolve into a full resort-style pool and entertaining area. Every detail - the lighting, the material, the flow - was intentional.
