A Full-Circle Moment for QKAāØ
The Kenwood Elementary School gymnasium holds a special place in QKAās story. It was Steveās first-ever school project, and Principal Architect Kevin Chapin is a Kenwood alumnus, along with all three of his children. Being part of a project with such deep ties to our own team and community made this experience especially rewarding. š

Phase One
⢠Modernization of existing classrooms and multi-use kitchen
⢠Replacement of mechanical systems and roofing on the main building
⢠New custom modular building with a 6th-grade classroom and STEAM Lab
⢠Conversion of the former computer lab into an RSP classroom and office
Phase Two
⢠Modernized administrative and office spaces
⢠2,880 SF covered outdoor lunch area
⢠1,350 SF custom modular Transitional Kindergarten (TK) classroom
⢠New TK play yard, playground, and lower-grade playfield
⢠Covered walkways and parking improvements
