We're gearing up for our next season for the nursery at Bees N Blooms, and now is the time to let us know what plants you'd like to pre-order. We grow a wide selection of pollinator-friendly annual flowers, vegetable starts, perennials (with lots of lavender options), California Natives, and shrubs.
Deadline for submitting pre-orders is November 15, 2026.

At Bees N Blooms, we're committed to growing healthy, beautiful plants using certified organic practices. Our plants are grown with pollinators in mind, so you can feel confident that the plants you purchase from us will help support bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects.
How to Pre-Order for Spring 2027
Browse our plant catalog to see the many varieties we've grown in the past, including California natives, perennials, lavenders, and other pollinator-friendly plants. Have something else in mind? We're happy to consider growing varieties not currently in our catalog, provided we can source and successfully grow them.
Email your wish list to [email protected] by November 15, 2026, including:
🌱 Plant names and varieties or your general vision
🌱 Desired pot sizes and approximate quantities. We offer six-packs for annuals, 4.5" starts, 1-gallon and 3-gallon sizes.
🌱 What date you would like the plants to be ready
🌱 Your business name and contact information
🌱 If we don't already have your Seller's Certificate or Landscaper's License on file, please include that information to qualify for wholesale pricing. See below for minimums and more details on pricing.
Once we receive your request, we'll review availability and growing requirements, then follow up with you to confirm what we can grow, estimated availability dates, and pricing. We'll then provide a quote and instructions for placing your pre-order. A 50% deposit is required to confirm pre-orders of more than 30 plants. The remaining balance will be due when your plants are ready for pickup.
Purchase Details
Pricing and Minimums
Wholesale Pricing (40% discount off of retail price): Requires a minimum order of $500 and a Seller's Certificate or Landscaper's License.
Standard Discount (25% discount off of retail price): Applies to orders between $200 and $500 for those with a Seller's Certificate or Landscaper's License (CA-27).
Minimum Order: The minimum order for discount pricing is $200.
Bees N Blooms Cancellation and Refund Policy
Pre-ordered plants are planted exclusively for that customer and take up valuable space in the nursery. A refund of the 50% deposit on pre-orders can only be made if the plants have not yet been planted or ordered.
Orders must be collected by the agreed-upon pickup date. Unless other arrangements are approved by Bees N Blooms in advance, orders not collected by close of business on that date will be considered abandoned and will be returned to inventory without a refund.
If Bees N Blooms is unable to supply an ordered item, that item will be refunded in full without a cancellation or processing fee.
These restrictions do not apply when Bees N Blooms has made an error.
Fulfillment
Hold: Because of space limitations, we can only hold plants for a maximum of 2 weeks past your pre-order pickup date. Prompt pickup is appreciated.
Pickup: Available at Bees N Blooms (3883 Petaluma Hill Rd, Santa Rosa) during business hours (Thursday–Sunday, 10 AM to 4 PM) or by appointment. To schedule a pickup outside of these hours, please call (510) 759-9397 or email [email protected].
Delivery: Available within Bay Area counties with a minimum order of $1,000. Delivery fee is based on mileage and labor costs. Please contact us with your location for a quote.
Shipping: We do not ship, as treatment with pollinator-toxic pesticides is required by CDFA when shipping plants out of state or into quarantine zones created to control invasive pests like the Asian Citrus Psyllid, European Grapevine Moth, Mediterranean Fruit Fly, and more.
