On the boards is the renovation of a private sports club including updated interiors and a new bar transforming the club into a flexible venue for dining, events, and everyday gathering.

Perched on the edge of a lake, GBA was asked to reimagine the club’s principal hospitality spaces: the ballroom, restaurant, and lounge rooms, to bring them into a new era while honoring the club’s legacy. The interiors, last touched in the 1990s, carried the weight of incremental additions and outdated finishes, and circulation cut awkwardly through dining rooms. The renovation seeks to strip away those inefficiencies and restore a sense of clarity, elegance, and ease. Stay tuned for updates!

Designed by and being built by Wilcox.

Afternoons at which transforms a full block in Seattle’s Capitol Hill into a cohesive mixed use environment that blends existing buildings with new development. By preserving the character of the original structures and introducing residential, office, and retail uses, the project creates a connected, walkable “village within a village.” New pedestrian corridors and a five-story addition knit old and new together, resulting in a unified architectural expression that supports a vibrant, evolving neighborhood.

Located along Wenatchee’s Columbia Riverfront, transforms a former steel fabrication plant into a vibrant public marketplace and community hub. The renovation preserves the building’s industrial character while creating a permanent home for the Wenatchee Valley Farmers Market and supporting regional food vendors. By maintaining the structure’s raw materiality and simple form, the design celebrates its history while establishing a lively destination for locals and visitors alike.

At the Wenatchee Main Street Plaza, the historic 1910 jailhouse is being reimagined as the centerpiece of a culinary and cultural hub, linking Wenatchee’s past to its evolving downtown. Flanking the restored jailhouse, two new contemporary masonry buildings will introduce a mix of tasting rooms, restaurants, and retail, all organized around a shared courtyard.
