Miles will be figured on 10's and 100's at $20.00 per 100, and $2.00 per 10 miles past the Free 10 miles! Materials will be the responsibility of customer to purchase, so there is no mark up; I will transport materials, or accompany customers to insure proper materials are purchased! The only cost to the customer when job is completed and payment due to; Have tools will travel (Myself) is labor and expenses incurred!

Remodel, repairs, and renovations are a portion of services available..
Plumbing, some electrical, flooring, tile work, painting, trim carpentry, along with framing and dry wall, are all a portion of renovations and remodel...
Also offered is decking, carport, out buildings, and limited roofing...
Recently available is drain cleaning...
I also offer w**d eating, brush clean up, and small tree cutting, along with pressure washing...
98% of my work is through referrals, and rarely advertise!
If asked I can provide references, and keep a photo portfolio of most of my work done...

I am considering purchasing this machine, for situations like this...
My little Pete 1/4" drain cleaner will not clean out grease...
I tried to fabricate a cutter head for it; but cable is not stiff enough to cut the grease!
1/2" cable with the cutter head would work fine for most clogs, that are not roots!
Pictures are from a drain I worked on today, that would require either renting or purchasing this machine!
If I rented one, I'd have paid nearly 1/3 of the machine, and won't own it at any time...
