A customer called us after discovering they were losing approximately 800 gallons of water per day.

Less than 12 hours later, we were on site and ready to work. We installed roughly 180 feet of brand-new water service and added a new yard hydrant to make watering plants easier.

Plumbing emergencies can happen fast, and significant water leaks can’t always wait. We’re proud to provide quick, reliable service when our customers need us most.

Tea cups don’t belong in the toilet.

We have pulled all sorts of things out of toilets but this is a first, I would say this tea party got a bit out of hand.

If anyone else has small children who like to test the flush ability of their toys, let them know the plastic tea cups don’t flush! ☕️

We’re still replacing at least one of these every week, somehow lots of these have made it all summer before anyone has noticed.

We still have a ways before the cold weather, (maybe, we are in Kansas after all) but its never to early to think about protecting your home.

Check your spigots, if the pressure is low or if you have water pouring out between your siding and foundation, take a deeper look!

Here’s a look back at our Potwin project. We have the floor heat panels as well as the piping installed.

These “Heat-Sheet” panels are manufactured in McPherson Kansas.

This was a fun project and we look forward to seeing the progress as this build continues!

A couple of water service installations we’ve recently completed. 💧

Not every job gives us plenty of room to work. Sometimes we’re forced to excavate in extremely tight, narrow spaces where precision matters just as much as experience.

With the right equipment and a little determination, we are able get the job done safely and efficiently.

Yikes! 😬 This is definitely not what you want to find when you head down to the basement.

This leak was discovered in a multi-unit facility here in El Dorado. The HVAC condensate drain lines were completely clogged with debris, causing water to back up. We removed the old piping and installed new condensate drain lines to restore proper drainage.

Routine maintenance is one of the best ways to prevent unexpected leaks and costly repairs. A little preventative care goes a long way in protecting your home or property.

The sanitary sewer lines are in, and next we’ll be installing insulated panels with the radiant floor heat tubing before the concrete crew preps and pours the slab.

Radiant floor heat is one of the most efficient and comfortable ways to heat a home. It provides even, consistent warmth from the ground up while helping improve energy efficiency.

Stay tuned—we’ll be showing the full radiant floor heating installation as this project comes together!

Duct tape can fix a lot of things…..drain lines are not one of those things.

We find things like this in the wild everyday. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should! Keep your home safe. Call a professional.

Getting more pipe in the ground right here in Butler County Kansas.

It never fails that we are outside doing an underground right in the dead of summer or winter. And when it cools off we will be inside roughing in the walls or setting finish. We are no stranger to extreme weather.

Either way we are thankful to do what we do!

While manufactured homes come pre assembled, they still require some work to be complete.

We installed sanitary sewer piping in the crawl space, ran a brand new water service, as well as a gas line to the shop. This customer is well on their way to enjoying their new space!
