Quick show of hands — how many of you have seen a tree fail that could’ve been prevented? Today is about making sure we’re the professionals who prevent that from happening. A little before & after action this morning! 🌲
We tackled the first round of pine trimming this week and 80+ more to go! Proactive trimming and risk reduction to help keep this neighborhood safe, clean, and beautiful. 🙌

A few months ago Stan spotted these two Great Horned owls tucked into a Pine tree, probably last year’s fledglings. The tree has since died, so we carefully moved their nest to the neighboring tree before we removed their old Pine. Hope the parents still come back this season! 🦉🌲

♻️🎄Recycle your Christmas tree the easy way 🎄♻️
Tucson’s TreeCycle program runs Dec 26, 2025 – Jan 19, 2026.

Remove all decorations and drop your tree off at a designated TreeCycle site on the flyer-

🌱 Trees are recycled into mulch and compost—keeping them out of landfills.
⚠️ Trees are not collected curbside and should not be left outside collection areas.
📅 Last day to recycle is MLK Day, January 19, 2026.

Alright Treeples! 📣
There are over 3,000 kiddos in foster care in Southern Arizona and Aviva Children Services is aiming to provide multiple holiday gifts to those children across Pima, Cochise, Santa Cruz, and Yuma counties.

We are partnering with Epique Realty and YOU to help collect as many toys as possible to give these kiddos a holiday to remember!

Each child will receive two age-appropriate toys or gifts, a handmade item, a book, a puzzle or board game, a beautiful handmade quilt, and a stocking filled with surprises.

If you have a new toy youd like to donate, come by our office and say HI 👋 to Jennifer and Vicki
