14x28 Grecian with 6’ Step Entry in Nixa Missouri.
Tried to hire a local contractor last week to do the haul off for the client and was talked into paying to let them do the excavation.
A whole week later we get there and pad is off by 1.5’ in length and was completely unlevel in multiple areas as seen in photos. Local contractor then went behind us to our client and said he was owed $6500 and basically stole a check from our client. Check was voided and client is safe.
All this is said, only because I now see what my clients mean when they say they have had bad experiences with contractors. We are glad the client was able to void the check but hate they had to experience this while under our project.
We want future clients to know we DO NOT STAND for this and would have fought tooth and nail if needed to make it right for them.
Needless to say, we corrected the pad, got the pool up, found other methods for delivery of materials and tomorrow we will have this pool finished for the client.
