Located at 1 Fineran Way in Short Hills, New Jersey, The Upton is a five-story multifamily residential community designed by Lessard Design, combining contemporary architecture with an elevated residential experience.

With 28 years of experience in the Washington, D.C. design market, Manuel brings extensive expertise in multifamily residential design and interior architecture. His background includes high-rise communities, adaptive reuse, luxury residences, and property renovations. His creative vision and leadership will be valuable additions to our design team.

Pam Swartz | Business Development Consultant

With nearly 40 years of experience in residential homebuilding, sales, and marketing, Pam brings extensive industry knowledge and strong relationships developed throughout her career with leading homebuilders, including Van Metre Homes, Stanley Martin, D.R. Horton, and Drees Homes. Her strategic insight will support Lessard Design’s continued growth and business development efforts.
