Join us for an artist talk with Res celebrating the 25th anniversary of her groundbreaking debut album, How I Do.

In this special gathering, Res will reflect on the making of How I Do, the artistry and creative vision behind the project, and the impact the album has had across music and culture. We’ll explore the stories, sounds, and influences that shaped the record while celebrating its enduring legacy 25 years later.

Come listen, connect, and experience an intimate look into the artistry behind one of music’s most distinctive voices as we celebrate the lasting magic of How I Do—in conversation and in sound.

There is something deeply meaningful about creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

We had the honor of hosting a terrarium workshop at Trinity Terrace Senior Living in partnership with The Boris L. Henson Foundation. Together, we began with a guided breathwork practice, then explored the ways nature can support our well-being - from reducing stress to bringing moments of calm, beauty, and connection into our everyday spaces.

As each participant built their own living terrarium, we were reminded that caring for something growing outside of ourselves often encourages us to nurture what’s growing within, too.

A heartfelt thank you to April Henson for inviting us to be part of such a beautiful gathering. We’re grateful to have shared this experience with your community and to continue planting seeds of wellness, one space at a time. 🌿

Join us today for Soil 2 Soul from 7:30pm - 8:30pm.

This guided experience invites you to slow down and reconnect through breathwork, intention setting, meaningful conversation, and a hands-on planting ritual led by Plant Specialist Tree and Sound Practitioner Soul.

Together, we’ll repot a plant while reflecting on personal growth, write our manifestations on seed paper to be planted directly into the soil, and take part in a naming ceremony—giving each plant a name that represents what we hope to cultivate in this next season of life.

Come as you are and leave with a living reminder of your intentions.
