12x30 Deck install we wrapped up this past week. DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS 🔎 The fascia on this deck not only looks better than many of our competitors, but also hides butt ends on longer deck runs, and covers gaps that occur between fascia peices (exposing framing 😳) after a couple of Iowa’s harsh summer/winter seasons.
❄️ WINTER IS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO BUILD A DECK! ❄️ With the use of engineered 👨🔬 footings like, helical piles and Diamond Piers, we build all winter long with no issues.
In the past, concrete footings needed to be poured before winter, so the water mixed into the concrete didn’t freeze 🥶 and compromise the integrity of the footing. That’s no longer an issue, allowing us to build our clients dream decks all winter long!
