Accent walls OUT, color drenching IN!

If you’re not familiar with the design technique, it’s when you drench your space in one color: the walls, trim, baseboards, even the ceiling. We get that it can be intimidating, but boy is it pretty when it’s done right!

Three quick tricks to help you with the process:
1. Mix up your paint sheens (satin for the walls, gloss for trim)
2. Layer the room with contrasting textures (bring in different materials and patterns to add dimension)
3. Make sure you LOVE the color. Avoid the trending colors and stick with what you already know you like. Then JUST GO FOR IT!
