Living the Dream 🏊‍♀️🛋📺
At the rear of our Boss Residence the open living zone blurs the barrier between inside and out. Its living, dining kitchen zones overlook a pool and the park aspect to the rear. How about that vaulted ceiling??

A wash with natural light and soft tones make this space a beautiful calm environment. A place for the whole family (and more) to converge.

Streetscape 🌳🏡🌳
Our Boss Residence is nestled beautifully into its urban landscape. Located in an established street our new home design shares traditional elements such as natural timbers and a pitched roof with its neighbours whilst offering a modern Australian 🇦🇺interpretation.

Behind the facade is a clever design offering large family accommodation over two levels with a feature vaulted living zone taking in all that the rear park has to offer.

Small Commercial 🏥
Most planning schemes allow Medical ⚕ centers to be built in residential 🏡 areas. Sensitive design and planning is required to manage aesthetics, parking and traffic 🚗. This is a great way to make good use of strategic sites and provide a great potential return on investment.

Our G+A Medical clinic is designed to suit specialist consultants and is intended as a destination business just on the outskirts of its township. Its corner location offers exposure, convenient parking and remains walking distance from its C*D.

Whilst we love ❤️ designing homes 🏠 we love the challenge of creating great design 📐 outcomes for our clients and this is making great use of what would otherwise be a single house or townhouse site. Our vision here makes the most of the site from an investment 💲 perspective.

Creating Beautiful Spaces 🏠
These renders showcase the beauty of the interior of one of our upcoming homes.

The layering of materials and textures provide a calm and peaceful space to live happily ever after. Our home design incorporates gorgeous natural materials that continue from the exterior to the interior making this home truly cohesive and balanced.

We engaged the assistance on Shalini from to help us deliver the goods and it is fair to say this home looks next level.

Teamwork makes the dreamwork.

Good Bones 💪🦴

🏡 We often come across some amazing homes with our clients, some have been in the family for decades and others have just been purchased but loved by their past owners.

🔨 Extending or renovating an existing home is a great way to add value and potentially reduce the construction cost.

👷‍♀️ This example is one special home we have been lucky enough to work on - keeping the good bits and making good to those that shown there age.

🌿 Mid-Century Soul, Modern Ease
Low profiles, strong horizontal lines, and an absolute devotion to natural light. ☀️

This concept takes classic Mid-Century Modern principles—like clerestory windows, deep overhangs, and seamless indoor-outdoor connection—and gives them a crisp, modern edge. The dark brick grounds the design, while the floor-to-ceiling glass and private courtyard bring the outside in.

It’s simple, structural, and built for slow mornings and easy afternoons.

Farm Gates 🗝
A recent entry gate design created for one of our amazing new projects. This design ustilises a muted colour palette of feature bricks, render and steelwork. These materials are all integrated into the amazing home that lies beyond.

The driveway is bordered with flamed granite with a feature band at the threshold before transitioning into bitumen for the vast majority of the drive.
