Cottage Farm in Keyworth was designed to feel closely connected to its natural surroundings, with glazing playing a huge role in how the home changes through the summer months.

Large sliding doors, expansive picture windows and structural skylights allow natural light to move through the house from morning to evening, while opening the living spaces fully to the gardens and surrounding trees. As the weather warms up, the relationship between inside and outside becomes even stronger, with wider openings, softer light and uninterrupted views shaping the atmosphere of the home throughout the day.

Working alongside Trevor Muir Architects, we designed, supplied and installed the architectural glazing throughout, helping transform the original agricultural form into a family home that feels brighter, calmer and far more connected to the landscape around it.

At Kingsdown in Farnham, glazing was used to bring a more modern edge to a home built around timeless materials.

Festa handled the full glazing package, from design through to installation, including structural glass gables, large picture windows and minimal sliding doors. These wider openings draw in natural light and make the main living spaces feel made for longer summer evenings, where the kitchen, dining space and garden all feel more connected.

Designed for the way the home is actually lived in, especially when warmer days keep everything open.

Set within the Rutland countryside, the glazing at Woolfox connects each space back to its surroundings.

We designed and installed the architectural glazing throughout, from large structural glass screens to specialist arched units, carefully integrated across both the external envelope and internal spaces. Each detail works with the existing farm buildings, bringing in natural light while maintaining the character of the original structures.

Working alongside AWMA, this project explores the contrast between bold corten steel cladding and minimal architectural glazing.

The rich burnt tones of the steel bring weight, texture, and strong material character, while our glazing is designed to sit back more quietly, allowing larger openings, cleaner sightlines, and natural light to soften the overall structure.

It’s this balance between heavier materials and lighter detailing that makes the project so striking, creating architecture that feels bold, refined, and carefully resolved from every angle.

Set within open green belt land, this home uses glazing to frame its surroundings from the very first moment you arrive.

Festa designed and installed the entrance door, where a 3m-high pivot sits between tinted sidelights, creating a strong, uninterrupted opening into the house. The matte black finish keeps it grounded, while the Terra Noir panel adds depth and contrast without overpowering the overall composition.

It’s a simple move, but one that sets the tone for everything that follows.
