Set within 20 acres along the River Wye, Spital Meend uses glazing to turn this leisure pavilion into something that feels almost weightless within the landscape.

We designed, fabricated and installed the bespoke glazing throughout, from expansive sliding glass to structural skylights, allowing light, water and surrounding nature to shape the experience of the space from every angle.

A front door sets the tone long before you step inside.

At Festa, entrance doors are designed as part of the wider architecture – combining bespoke design, precision engineering and carefully selected finishes to create something far beyond a standard entry point. From sculptural pivot doors to fully tailored Porttals designs, each door is built to feel inviting, secure and instantly memorable.

In North Yorkshire, this former agricultural barn has been opened up to follow the path of light throughout the day.

Festa designed and installed the glazing across Craven Barn, where a 12m wide, 4m high sliding screen stretches across the elevation, drawing in long views and soft summer light from morning through to evening. The scale is deliberate, sitting within the original structure without overpowering it, allowing the building to stay grounded while the interior opens out.

Elsewhere, carefully placed windows bring light into deeper parts of the plan, working alongside the stone and timber to keep everything balanced. It’s a home that shifts with the day, where light, views and structure all work together to shape how the space is experienced.

Cottage Farm in Keyworth was designed to feel closely connected to its natural surroundings, with glazing playing a huge role in how the home changes through the summer months.

Large sliding doors, expansive picture windows and structural skylights allow natural light to move through the house from morning to evening, while opening the living spaces fully to the gardens and surrounding trees. As the weather warms up, the relationship between inside and outside becomes even stronger, with wider openings, softer light and uninterrupted views shaping the atmosphere of the home throughout the day.

Working alongside Trevor Muir Architects, we designed, supplied and installed the architectural glazing throughout, helping transform the original agricultural form into a family home that feels brighter, calmer and far more connected to the landscape around it.

At Kingsdown in Farnham, glazing was used to bring a more modern edge to a home built around timeless materials.

Festa handled the full glazing package, from design through to installation, including structural glass gables, large picture windows and minimal sliding doors. These wider openings draw in natural light and make the main living spaces feel made for longer summer evenings, where the kitchen, dining space and garden all feel more connected.

Designed for the way the home is actually lived in, especially when warmer days keep everything open.
