Come on in and take a look around a ModPod Home🎉

Before this beauty was wrapped up and delivered to its new home last week, we managed to sneak in a quick video walkthrough!

Our lovely customers have chosen some gorgeous finishing touches for their 9.6m x 3.8m Deluxe ModPod Home, and we couldn't wait to show you!

One of our favourite things about building ModPods is seeing how each customer makes their home their own. From the perfected layout to the little finishing details, it's those personal touches that really bring a home to life.

Take a peek inside and let us know what you think!

Sleepout. Studio. Tiny home. Same idea, different jobs. It's really all about how you choose to use your ModPod that defines what you choose to call it.

Earth Sciences NZ expects El Niño to peak over our summer, so we could be in for some properly hot days.
Adding a HeatPump/Air Conditioning unit is one of the most common ways of heating/cooling ModPod buildings.
And the beauty of our insulated PIR panels means that once your ModPod is cool, it stays that way.
Air conditioning units can be arranged and installed once your ModPod is on site, need a recommendation? Ask! We can recommend some installers.

A very special HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Batman (AKA Nikau)!🎉🎉

Our little superhero missed out on his WhatNow birthday shout-out this morning, so naturally being the ModPod nephew, a shout-out from us is the next best thing! 😂

A little throwback to when Batman popped into the ModPod office! With enough energy to power the whole yard and a personality to match, there's no stopping this little superhero!

Happy Birthday, mate! 🥳 We hope your day was as awesome as you are!

And from our ModPod family to yours, we hope everyone has a wonderful long weekend filled with special moments, big or small.

Ever wondered what's inside the walls of a ModPod?
Our insulated PIR panels are the hero of every build: pre-painted steel skins laminated over an insulated core. Add COLORSTEEL® on the outside and our own custom flashings to finish, and you get a ModPod that handles a hot summer and a cold winter with ease.

Hi! We're Max and Emma, the people behind ModPod
Max is our Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP). He makes sure every ModPod is built to exacting standards and built to last. Emma is the one you'll chat to when you're planning yours, from the first "could this work on my section?" right through to delivery day.
We back what we build so much that we live in our very own ModPod along with our three kids right here in the Eastern Bay.
We see modular living as a practical, affordable way to live well, and we prove it every day.
So when you're ready to talk ModPod's - this us on the other end of the phone, every time.

A little spotlight on Mr Mod himself! Spotted in his natural habitat.

You won't see much of Max on our socials… he's not one for the spotlight! He's much more at home out in the yard, getting his hands dirty, solving problems and keeping the builds moving.

Part robot, part perfectionist, with a sprinkle of ADHD energy thrown in for good measure! 😂

There's a whole lot that goes on behind the scenes, and Max is right in the thick of it. From the big decisions to the tiniest finishing details, he has a keen eye for precision, a LOT of pride, and a whole lot of heart and care for every ModPod we build.

So much of what ModPod stands for comes straight from this guy.

The craftsmanship, the belief in doing things properly and building something we'd be proud to put our own family in. These aren't just business values we've written down somewhere… they're the standards Max has always worked by, and the very foundation ModPod has been built on.

And while he's not one for the spotlight, we reckon he deserves a little recognition… not that we'd want it going to his head too much! 😂

From THIS ➝ to THAT 💛

We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to bring the ModPod difference to the homes and buildings we create.

They might look simple from the outside, but behind every finished ModPod are countless hours spent building, refining and perfecting the little details that set us apart from the rest.

And we think those little details make all the difference
