Here are additional images showcasing our recently finalized project located near Manitou Springs. The property is strategically positioned on a ridge above the roadway, which influenced the architectural design to place the primary living areas above the entrance. Notably, while the primary living zones and master suite occupy the second floor, these areas are at grade level at the rear of the residence. This thoughtful spatial arrangement facilitates both accessibility and functionality while optimizing the breathtaking vistas offered by the property.
The primary living areas feature ceilings and walls adorned in Clear Vertical Grain (CVG) hemlock, seamlessly integrating with the windows and doors to guide the eye from the home’s interiors to the stunning external scenery.
