Sometimes the most exciting moments in a renovation happen before the finishes go in. At our Bergen Townhouse project, layers have been peeled back to expose the original structure, allowing us to reimagine circulation, improve functionality, and prepare the home for its next chapter.

The existing staircase remains as a familiar anchor while the spaces around it evolve—bridging the home’s history with a thoughtful new vision.

What was once a standard bathroom and storage area was reimagined as a jack-and-jill suite connecting the primary bedroom and dressing room. Tropical leaf wallpaper, custom millwork, sliding glass doors, and richly patterned stone work together to create a space that feels deeply personal—an expression of both place and memory.

Every surface, niche, and detail was carefully considered to maximize function while creating a sense of escape.
