Underhill Townhouse — powder room moment.

A small space, but intentionally bold. Overscaled florals wrap the walls, creating an immersive backdrop for a sculptural stone sink carved from richly veined black marble. The pared-back mirror and glass pendant keep the composition light, allowing material and pattern to take center stage.

Underhill Townhouse — nearing completion.

A study in repetition and restraint, this bathroom layers a rhythmic field of vertical tile with warm wood tones and soft, integrated lighting. The double vanity floats to keep the room feeling open, while brass fixtures add a subtle, playful contrast against the otherwise quiet palette.

At the far end, the bath and shower zone is framed by a frosted window, diffusing natural light and maintaining privacy—bringing balance to a space designed for both function and calm.
