We were able to stop the pine needles from breaking down and damaging the roof and we found a soft spot and a ton of loose shingles from when the solar guys were up there.

The real flex is how many lives can you positively affect? The trucks, the fancy tools and the big property are cool and all but do people know they can call you if they feel alone, if not, youre measuring the wrong metric of wealth.
