The difference between a good lobby and a memorable one is often the lighting.

At in Cherry Creek North, we designed the lighting to shape a welcoming lobby experience from the moment residents (and potential residents) step inside. Indirect illumination creates a warm ambient glow while structured fixtures add contrast and definition across the architecture.

The result is a glow that instantly helps one feel at home.

There is something beautiful about the way the lighting brings the wood tones forward in this space. The warm glow reveals the natural textures, creating depth and interest.

Light follows that same rhythm. It glides along stone, pools softly in the places where people gather and traces the curves of a landscape.

As lighting designers, we shape that rhythm, guiding, bending, using the light to create or remove focus. What emerges is not just brightness but atmosphere and feeling.
