Workplaces have evolved into destinations for connection, collaboration and creativity. Billtrust HQ was designed with that shift in mind.

Throughout the 90,000-square-foot headquarters, lighting responds to the architecture with quiet precision. Linear illumination follows the geometry of the ceiling, sculptural acoustic pendants define the feature stair, and decorative fixtures bring warmth to gathering spaces.

Together, these layers create a workplace where light and architecture work in harmony.

Higher education spaces have to do more than look good. They need to support learning, collaboration and the evolving needs of students and faculty. 🏫🔬

At The University of Tampa's Graduate & Health Studies Building, lighting was designed with those demands in mind. As the largest academic building on campus, each environment called for an approach that balanced technical performance with the character of the programs it serves.

In the first-floor lobby, illumination is seamlessly integrated into the sculptural acoustic ceiling, while flexible learning environments and specialized labs are tailored to their distinct functions. A cohesive lighting language carries throughout, creating continuity across the building while allowing each space to maintain its own identity.

The project demonstrates how thoughtful lighting design can support functionality while strengthening an institution's architectural vision.

Clean lines, expansive volumes and a warm material palette define Angel's View Residence in Steamboat, Colorado.

Throughout the home, thoughtful illumination works in concert with the architecture. Concealed light adds depth to the custom bar, statement pendants anchor the dining space, and layered elements bring warmth and balance to both soaring ceilings and more intimate gathering areas.

Great lighting doesn't compete with architecture. It reveals it.

At Chateau Beaver Creek, our team refreshed the spa and amenity spaces by building on the existing architectural details. Existing cove features became an opportunity to introduce elegant linear LED lighting, while new lighting controls allow each space to transition naturally throughout the day.

The result is a warm, calming environment that enhances the guest experience while preserving the space's character. It's a reminder that the most meaningful transformations often come through thoughtful refinement.

The right lighting brings architectural vision into focus, especially when it's designed specifically for the space.

At Deer Park in Steamboat Springs, our team designed a custom five-story chandelier that serves as the focal point of the building's central open stair. Inspired by a sculptural art piece, the multi-level fixture incorporates steel components that complement the stair's architectural detailing while creating a striking visual connection across all five floors.

Beyond the custom feature, our team provided interior, exterior, site, and landscape lighting design, along with lighting controls and shading coordination. Every lighting detail was intentionally designed to support the architecture, including the backlit stained-glass feature in the lobby and the gable uplighting in the fourth-floor employee lounge.

Exceptional lighting design doesn't happen by accident. And it doesn't happen all at once.

It comes together one (sometimes painstaking) detail at a time, though the ladder-climbs, fixture aiming sessions, late-night walk-throughs, and on-site coordination.

Located within the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Los Cabos at Costa Palmas in La Ribera, Mexico, the Casa Marea home was designed as a place for gathering, connection and creating memories across generations.

For our team, bringing that vision to life meant working closely with the construction team throughout the project to ensure every detail of the lighting design was executed exactly as intended. We worked across distance, navigated metric system measurements and language barriers, carefully detailed custom elements within the spare architectural design, and fully orchestrated the lighting and control system for both the indoor and outdoor environments.

The result is truly bespoke experience, one that feels calm, welcoming and deeply connected to the architecture, the landscape and the people who call it home.

The Benjamin by The Royal Sonesta New York: where historic architecture and modern hospitality meet. 🗽

Shaped by the constraints and opportunities of a historic structure, the lighting design balances preservation and performance through a layered approach centered on warmth, atmosphere and restraint.

Within the double-height lobby, a sculptural installation composed of suspended brass rods anchors the space. This element in particular required a highly tailored lighting approach to enhance dimensionality while maintaining softness and visual balance. Throughout the property, integrated lighting strategies were carefully calibrated to support material expression and hospitality without overpowering the architecture itself.

In the guest rooms, millwork-integrated lighting and upgraded LED retrofits introduced improved performance while preserving existing architectural conditions, allowing new layers of illumination to be woven seamlessly into the experience of the space.

The result is a lighting environment that feels quietly embedded within the building’s character, elevating comfort and atmosphere while honoring its history.
