Great review from Jherek... "We had an unlikely occurrence involving a garage door spring coming apart violently and it took out the ducting above our furnace. Garret (might be misspelling that) did a wonderful job rebuilding a new vent duct. We figured out that we did not have the necessary carbon monoxide alarms in place, Garret contacted the landlord and informed him of the issue, got approval and came back out to my house the Same afternoon to install the needed safety equipment. I am completely impressed, as a business owner myself this is the kind of thing that gets my attention. Perfect climate is who i will recommend to anyone who asks. 10/10"
