Two years ago, we received a call from the Roche family, Chris and Dawn, about sagging trusses on their home. They chose All Around Remodeling to help correct the issue, and once we opened things up, we discovered that some of the original trusses had been cut and reframed by a previous owner.
Unfortunately, that repair had not held up the way it needed to. We removed the old trusses and replaced them with a brand-new, stronger roof system built the right way.
The Roche family was extremely happy with the results, and we were grateful that they referred us to friends and family afterward.
Now, two years later, they have called us back for Phase Two: their dream attached garage addition. This project includes a new attached garage, mudroom, and a garage door underneath the garage with Spancrete, creating additional parking and storage space.
We are honored to be trusted again by the Roche family and excited to help bring this next project to life. Soon, they’ll be able to park inside every day instead of leaving vehicles in the driveway, while still having room for lawn equipment, hockey gear, and extra storage.
Starting phase 2 we started demo on Monday and footings will start tomorrow!
