Diana has joined the Studio Red team! Diana was born and raised in Houston, Texas and received her degree from The University of Houston. She is passionate about design that puts communities first and celebrates the people and places that make them unique. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, watching films, and playing with her pets!

Construction is underway for the new Gym and Student Building addition for Woodridge Baptist Church in Kingwood, Texas. The first phase of construction, an addition that will include two new full size sports courts for basketball and volleyball as well as ministry space for Student worship and education. This project makes spaces to relocate these ministries so that existing spaces can be repurposed for children's ministry in the second renovation phase. Stay tuned for more updates as work continues into 2027.

We are excited to welcome Rondah to the Studio RED team! She joins us with over 13 years of experience and received her Architecture License in Egypt. She brings an extensive background in project management, coordination, and leadership across a variety of project types. She has enjoyed working on the John Cooper Innovation School project, where she has helped shape the planning, coordination and long-term vision for a project with meaningful impact and future growth potential. Her favorite project types include Retail/Commercial and K-12, which she finds especially rewarding. In her free time, Rondah enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring Houston’s food scene!

Studio RED had the pleasure of attending the Patanjali Yoga and Wellness Center Ground Breaking. The project is inspired by the techniques exercised and taught by the world’s leading yoga master, Swami Ramdev. The 10,000 sf building is designed to accommodate yoga, ayurveda, and other wellness activities. The building is anchored by a holistic inspired lobby and a large yoga/meditation room with plenty of natural light. Among other support spaces, the building includes a retail space for all things ayurveda, and learning spaces for the ancient Indian art of healing.

Houston's latest regional park is now open in Southeast Houston! The Hill at Sims is located along a 20-mile greenway which follows Sims Bayou through Southwest Houston. The park serves the Sunnyside, South Acres, and Crestmont Park with access to open space and links pedestrians to local parks, schools and community facilities while integrating necessary drainage retention into the landscape. A major component is The Nature Pavilion, designed by Studio Red, an approximately 2,000 SF outdoor pavilion with a 360-degree view of Houston, a learning/teaching area, restrooms, a cistern, and seating areas. Take a look at the recently completed Crain-Galloway Center for the Arts at Episcopal High School. Designed by Studio Red Architects, the latest expansion of their campus includes both the renovation of existing facilities and new construction to include over 60,000 sf of instructional and performance spaces. The project provides space for all areas of the arts program including 2D and 3D studio arts, photography, film, broadcast journalism, theater, dance and music. The building also includes a new 300-seat Versatile Performance Venue as well as a music ensemble rehearsal room, studio spaces, and faculty offices.
