We converted a worn screened-in porch into a stunning four-season sunroom in Lexington, complete with knotty pine floors, a vaulted ceiling, and wrap-around stairs that invite the outdoors in. Durable Marvin sliding doors and expansive glass views make this space a year-round retreat that elevates the home's exterior.

Last week our team spent the day at PRO New England’s Youth Remodeling Day. Chris G. taught students how to frame a shed from the ground up, and Luke R. ran mock interviews with students from trade schools. Great to see so much interest in the trades!

By removing walls and extending the kitchen into a light-filled porch, Feinmann created a welcoming dining area that feels open, modern, and distinctly connected to the home's Mid-Century roots. The stepped-down mahogany island extension doubles as an elegant eating nook, perfect for casual family meals.

How do you live without a kitchen during a remodel? You don't have to. We set one up in the dining room, running water and all, using parts of the old kitchen so nothing goes to waste. Our clients keep cooking at home for the whole project, and this homeowner gave us the tour himself.

Feinmann preserved the original coffered ceiling and enriched it with deep blue accents for bold architectural interest. This detail ties the kitchen's navy cabinetry and island together, creating a cohesive focal point.
