Congratulations to our clients at Charter Oak Communities in Stamford on the continuing progress of the Oak Park redevelopment. Residents are starting to move into Phase I, while Phase II was just awarded $2 million as part of federal earmark funding.
Here, we’re sharing some Phase I construction photos from November and December.
We’re enthusiastic to continue on Phase II construction and get started on Phase III!

Sharing some photos from our recent summer picnic! It was held on one of the most beautiful, sunny, Friday afternoons we’ve had all season.
Thank you to Ken for the afternoon off and providing the refreshments, with delicious catering from Stew Leonard's A big thank you to Erin Michaud for her planning, coordination, and homemade margaritas! Finally, we are very grateful to Grant, Jamie, and the rest of the Wright family for generously hosting us. It was a wonderful, fun-filled way to start the weekend, and relax with family and friends who are much more than co-workers.

We had a special lunch celebration today at Shell & Bones Oyster Bar and Grill in New Haven. Noel Lopez has been with us 25 years! We thank him for his dedication and hard work. We were unable to celebrate his 20th anniversary in person due to the pandemic, but we echo the sentiments we shared at that time: A sincere thank you to our Friend for everything you do!

A little more than a year ago, we celebrated the official groundbreaking ceremony of Rev. Curtis Cofield II Estates in New Haven.
Here we’re sharing some photos of the ribbon-cutting ceremony!
Congratulations to our clients at two wonderful organizations – West River Self Help Investment Plan and President Tony Dawson, as well as The NHP Foundation, Project Manager Micah Hunter and their entire team.
Rev. Cofield was the first president of WRSHIP and an advocate for affordable housing and those living with AIDS.
Thank you to the numerous individuals and organizations involved, including but not limited to the City of New Haven, Mayor Justin Elicker and former Mayor Toni Harp, Elm City Communities/Housing Authority of New Haven, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, Connecticut Department of Housing, the Department of Economic & Community Development, and countless others.
And thank you to our colleagues at LaRosa Building Group as well as all engineers and consultants who worked on the development!
Lastly, a shout out to our Project Manager, Mark Hesselgrave, and all of our KBArch team members who supported this project.
